All orders are processed and shipped directly from our physical storefront located at:

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time, GMT-06:00).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Order Handling & Processing Time

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Please note that while our physical storefront is closed on Sundays and Mondays, our fulfillment team processes online orders during standard business days to ensure prompt dispatch.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 4 to 7 Business Days from the time your order is placed.
  • We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safe arrival of your fragile lighting items, including glass sconces and chandeliers.

5. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Henderson location, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Lighting fixtures are fragile. We carefully pack every table lamp, sconce, and chandelier to withstand transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
