Return and Refund Policy

At The Lamp Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your lighting fixture must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all included hardware, manuals, and protective materials intact.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item arrived damaged or defective, The Lamp Shoppe will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our eligibility criteria.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@thelampshoppe.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your package back to our Henderson location.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it to our store address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for fragile glass and metal fixtures.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our physical storefront, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
